MSI is a growing, profitable, publicly listed computer and computer parts provider with a workforce of more than 5,000 professionals in more than 20 countries and our customers are among the largest, most powerful IT hardware wholesale companies in the world.

Due to continued expansion and market growth we are currently looking for the experienced Business Development Manager based in NSW, VIC & QLD and Product Manager based in Sydney to join our team.

Business Development Manager – IT (NSW & VIC)

The role:

This role will form a critical link between the company's various sales segments, distributors and the end customer, and will require you to be able to draw on and feed those segments in developing customised service solutions.

The Candidate (skills and experience):

You will either have extensive industry experience in field selling to large corporations,
and/or a solid background in a business development role selling Laptop, Motherboard,
and Video Card to channel and retail market.
- Resident in Sydney for at least 5 years. Working experience for longer than 2 year as a sales would be a plus, IT related field as double plus.
- Good command of presentation, communication skills;
- Microsoft Windows / Office applications Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good sense of numbers;
- Driver’s license required;
- Be absolutely aggressive, ambitious as personal character, willing for team work.

Product Manager – IT (NSW & VIC)

The role:

- Set pricing strategy and monitor gross profit achievements;
- Achieve product revenue budget;
- Analyse competing products on features and price;
- Assist with controlling inventory level and turnover rate;
- Handle the product quality complaints;
- Build effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools;
- To analyse market trends and create and implement market activity to capitalise on the trends;
- Ensure that targets are achieved i.e.; weekly targets, monthly targets, quarterly targets;
- Deliver product training to ensure that the sales department have the relevant information and knowledge.

The Candidate (skills and experience):

- Minimum two or more years experience in a similar role preferably with a reputable distributor either in sales or IT;
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals;
- Strong business and marketing acumen;
- A strong presence and presentation skills with excellent communication and people skills;
- Confident sales ability and is able to build effective business relationships;
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
